How to get to Siargao?
- By plane:
From Manila or Cebu, you can book a direct flight to Siargao Airport which is the easiest way to get to the island. There are multiple flights a day, the journey takes around 1h 30 minutes and prices of tickets are between $80-$150/one-way. As soon as you arrive at Siargao Airport, there are many minivans or tricycles waiting to drive you to your hotel. (around PHP 500/tricycle or PHP 600/minivan)

- By ferry:
If you’re coming from Cebu, you could also go to Siargao by ferry (like we did ourselves). We took the night ferry to Surigao at 8 pm, needed to wait for 2 hours in Surigao, changed to another ferry and finally arrived at 7.30 am in Siargao. We paid in total $30 per person for both ferries and was pretty comfortable too. Check the schedules and different options via the search box below.

There are no buses here, so we rented a scooter and drove around the island every day looking for the most beautiful places. Definitely go surfing at the world-famous Cloud 9, join one of the fun island hopping tours and discover the beautiful surrounding islands and hidden lagoons. We bet you’ll love this place too!
