Gili Trawangan (or Gili T like they all say) is definitely our all-time favorite of the three islands. It’s the largest and most popular island and is located closest to Bali. Except for all the great hotels in Gili Trawangan, there are a lot of things to do and it has a wonderful atmosphere. (even though they say it’s the party island) There are also so many great restaurants with vegan options, beach bars with bean bags on the beach, and five-star dive centers. So, we can highly recommend staying a few days to explore the most beautiful spots of Gili Trawangan. Below we listed our 3 favorite hotels in Gili Trawangan.
Hotels in Gili Meno
Gili Meno is the smallest of the three Gili Islands and located right in the middle. It’s a perfect choice for everyone that likes a more quiet and peaceful island. There are a lot of stunning snorkeling areas where you can swim and a good chance you’ll have the beaches almost always for yourself. Besides there are a few good restaurants and bars where you can enjoy a stunning sunset every evening. We loved to stay here for a few nights! Here are our favorite hotels in Gili Meno.

Gili Air is the last and third island of the Gili Islands and is located right in front of Lombok. Gili Air is the perfect blend of the other two Gili Islands.
